Zebrawood and Chrome Credenza by Peter Protzman for Herman Miller
An office credenza from Peter Protzman's Tubular collection for Herman Miller. Manufactured only from 1970-1971, the design features a case of zebrawood veneer suspended between two frame runners of chrome-plated steel. The credenza has three deep drawers with wooden front faces, and sides of smoked Lucite. Each drawer opens with a smooth bar pull. Retains original Herman Miller labels with instructions for releasing drawer safety catch. We have a matching desk available as well.
Condition: Excellent restored condition; wood has been professionally refinished and metal has been re-plated with chrome according to the original design. Each drawer has a locking mechanism; no keys are included but buyer could easily have them made.
Dimensions: Overall credenza height is 27" with surface at 26" high. 26" deep and 65" long. Each outer drawer measures 15.25" wide and the center drawer is 28.75" wide.
